Menu – Restaurant Olivijn
For lunch we offer a three, four or five course lunch menu. For dinner we allow you to enjoy four, five, six or seven courses. There’s also a vegetarian menu. The menu is a reflection of Menno’s methods of practice: environmentally conscious and honest.
Organic and local produce are at the heart of the menu. Fish is from the North Sea and meat is from Dutch soil, as simple as that. We feel that as a restaurant, we have an exemplary role. Therefore, we avoid tuna, avocado and corn-fed beef.
